- Edit the Guide with your business info and keep it simple. Edit footers and add a disclaimer. I want you to be protected.
- Edit the Opt in Page with your info and add your story. If you want, add a video and get your sales page prepped. You can use leadpages, clickfunnels, WordPress or even Eventbrite to host this opt-in page.
- Edit the thank you letter with your information. We like Mailchimp, Aweber, or more advanced like Infusionsoft or Active Campaign. If you are new to the biz, stick with MailChimp or Aweber.
WEEK 3: Instructions and your Step-by-Step Blueprint
- 3D book & Cover – Use this cover to promote and showcase the e-Book on social media and your opt-in page. Blast this challenge on Pinterest, IG and Facebook. Go CRAZY!!!!
- Banners – Market like a pro on Facebook creating an event to host this challenge. Add the verbiage you desire on canva.com or picmonkey.com

An Institute for Integrative Nutrition certified health coach, Rachel also graduated from the Wild Rose Natural College of Healing, the International School of Detoxification, and Natalia Rose Advanced Detox Certification Training. She is also certified by the American Association of Drugless Practitioners and has obtained additional Continuing Education Units from Purchase College, State University of New York.
Driven by her own rapid success in health coaching, Rachel now dedicates her time to helping other coaches and female entrepreneurs get ahead. She has helped 8,500+ female entrepreneurs build their businesses from the ground up using her business sense and a dash of their own mojo. In her spare time, Rachel teaches “How to Create a Profitable Business” at the Hippocrates Institute. A coveted speaker, she has given talks on Food, Mood and Brain correlation for medical professionals. Even though she’s always on the go, teaching, speaking on podcasts and summits, she makes time in her day for a green smoothie and chocolate at noon and a cuddle session with her kids at night.
