For those of you that have felt not good enough. For those of you who have ever felt like if you were just prettier or skinnier or taller or shorter, life would be better. We can eat intuitively, we can learn to love our bodies, we can find confidence in who we are today, we can raise our consciousness and come back into alignment with who we truly are. We can hear our intuition clearly and listen to it. We can learn to trust ourselves. We can create fulfilling, successful careers. We can be in the relationship of our dreams. We can do all that and there will still be moments when we feel out of control. There will still be moments where our insecurity will blindsight us and we won’t be able to see clearly. There will still be moments when we feel disgusting, not good enough, hideous, fat, too thin, too short, whatever. This is completely normal. This is your wound. This is your work. This is your call to take care of yourself in a way you never received as a child. It’s a call to nurture that little girl inside of you that’s terrified of not being loved. It’s a call to listen. It’s a call to reach out. It’s a call for Love. There are a ton of coaches out there telling you that once you learn how to eat intuitively or learn how to love your body (whatever that really means), that you will finally be free of this pain forever. I’m here to tell you, that it’s just not that simple. This is for those of you who are courageously standing in what you know to be true: you are beautiful beyond measure and you are enough. Love, Ali
