Put these steps into action now. This will help you solidify your niche and come up with the messaging that will attract your ideal clients!
30-Minute Homework:
- Use the questions in Step 1 above to write down your story, the struggles you’ve had, and think about how you might help people who are struggling with the same things you did.
- Use the questions in Step 2 above to brainstorm about your interests and how they might inform your niche.
- Look online (Google Trends, Youtube Trends, etc.), in wellness magazines (like Shape, Yoga, or Health), or watch shows like Dr. Oz to find trends in wellness that match up with your story or interests.
- Write down the demographics and main health concerns for up to 3 potential niches (See Step 4 above). Choose the ONE that you want to run with right now.
- Define your sub-niche – the specific group of people you help and the specific symptom, disease, or issue you help them address.

Your niche might evolve over time – it’s totally natural! So don’t freak out about narrowing your focus because you’ll be “stuck” with it forever.
Also, don’t choose a topic just because it’s popular. The best niche for you will be one that you feel passionate about!
